This temple is known as Dakshina Kasi. The main deity in this temple is sree krishna.[2] There is another temple with narasimha is also situated here.

This temple has stone carvings and bronze deepastambhams.[3] Bali tharpanam ritual is performaed in this temple all the time.[4]
