Colin Sahlman is an American middle- and long-distance runner, who competes for Northern Arizona University.[1] He ran for Newbury Park High School previously, where he won the 2021 RunningLane Cross Country Championships and ran personal bests of 8:33.32 in the 3200 meters and 3:56.24 in the mile shortly after graduating, at the 2022 Prefontaine Classic.[2] He was also awarded the 2022 Gatorade Player of the Year both overall and in cross country.[3][4]

At the 2024 John Thomas Terrier Classic in Boston, he set a personal best of 3:53.17 in the mile, setting a school record for NAU in the process.
