Шаблон:Infobox election Шаблон:Elections in North Carolina The 2024 North Carolina Attorney General election will be held on November 5, 2024, to elect the next attorney general of North Carolina, concurrently with the 2024 U.S. presidential election, as well as elections to the U.S. Senate and various state and local elections, including for U.S. House and governor of North Carolina. Incumbent Democratic Attorney General Josh Stein is eligible to run for re-election to a third term, but has decided instead to run for governor.
