GMM Pfaudler Ltd. is an Indian manufacture of engineering equipment and glass-lined equipment headquartered in Karamsad, Gujarat.[1][2]

GMM Pfaudler is a public listed company at National Stock Exchange (Шаблон:NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (Шаблон:BSE).[3][4]

History

Gujarat Machinery Manufacturers Ltd (GMML) was founded in 1962 by Jethabhai V. Patel. With a 40% ownership position in Pfaudler, an American corporation, GMML engaged into a technological and financial partnership with them in 1988.[5] And company name changed from GMML to GMM Pfaudler.[6] GMM Pfaudler purchased a controlling share in the Pfaudler Group from the private equity firm Deutsche Beteiligungs AG Fund VI in February 2021.[7][8][9]

In 1994, the business began producing corrosion-resistant fluoropolymer products in technological cooperation with Eldon Products US and RosenmundAG, Switzerland for filter dryers.[10]

2020 saw the acquisition of the Telangana-based Glass Lined Equipment manufacturing facility from De Dietrich Process Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (DDPSI) by GMM Pfaudler.[11]

Through an online auction process, the business purchased HDO Technologies' assets in 2021 for Rs 584.6 million.[12][5]

In April 2021, The company partnered with ReefWatch Marine Conservation which is a non-profit organisation.[13]

In 2022, GMM Pfaudler purchased majority stake from its parent Pfaudler International.[14]

In July 2022, Italian Engineering company "Hydro Air Research Italia Srl" acquired by GMM Pfaudler for Euro 4.96 million.[15] The company also acquired Mixel France SAS in Dec 2022 for Euro 7 million.[16][17]

In September 2023, GMM Pfaudler acquired Canada based MixPro.[18] In December 2023, Patel family acquired additional 1% stake in GMM Pfaudler at ₹1,700 per share and became 25.18% holder of entire shares.[19]
