The team was coached by Ray A. Ride, for whom the team mascot was named. The Case–Reserve rivalry game saw its 50th matchup, which began in 1891.
Case was ranked at No. 118 (out of 681 teams) in the final rankings under the Litkenhous Difference by Score System for 1941.[1]
