- ↑ 1,0 1,1 1,2 1,3 1,4 1,5 1,6 1,7 The Swedish Football Association has decided that Allsvenskan will be expanded to 16 teams effective from the 2008 season. This means that three teams will be promoted from Superettan while only one team will be relegated from Allsvenskan, two teams will be promoted from each of the two Division 1 groups while only two teams will be relegated from Superettan, and one team will be promoted from each of the six Division 2 groups while (probably) only two teams will be relegated from each of the two Division 1 groups.
- ↑ A 2007–08 tournament of Royal League was planned, but in the end never played.
