The 2024 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship Division I will be two international under-18 women's ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Divisions I A and I B represent the second and the third tier of competition at the 2024 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship.

Group A tournament

The Division I Group A tournament will be played in Egna, Italy, from 6 to 12 January 2024.
