The 2024 OFC Champions League will be the 23rd edition of the Oceanian club championship. Organized by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC), it is Oceania's premier club football tournament. The 2024 edition of the tournament will be 18th season under the current OFC Champions League name.
The tournament winner will qualify for the 2024 FIFA Intercontinental Cup. By winning the 2021 OFC Champions League, the 2022 OFC Champions League and the 2023 OFC Champions League, Auckland City earned the right to play at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States before even playing the 2024 OFC Champions League.[1]
Teams
A total of 18 teams from all 11 OFC member associations may enter the competition.
- The seven associations (Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Vanuatu) are awarded a berth each in the groups stage, after playing a national playoff between the top 2 clubs in the league.
- The four associations (American Samoa, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga) are awarded one berth each in the qualifying stage, with the winners advancing to the group stage.

Qualifying stage
National play-offs
Play-offs will be held to determine which clubs will represent the OFC's higher ranking associations from 8 February to 16 March 2024.[2]
Preliminary group
Qualification to determine which club from the confederation's lower-ranked associations will compete in the final tournament will be held in Tonga from 17-23 March 2024. 2024 will mark the first time since 2017 that Tonga has hosted an OFC competition.[2]

The Group Stage matches will be played in Tahiti between 11 May and 24 May 2024.[2]
