Abnama Rural District (Шаблон:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Rudan County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kharaji.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 17,855 in 3,747 households.[1] There were 20,662 inhabitants in 5,153 households at the following census of 2011.[2] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 22,271 in 6,303 households. The largest of its 42 villages was Kharaji, with 4,712 people.[3]
