Ahmadabad-e Mostowfi (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Aḩmadābād-e Mostowfī)[1] is a city in, and the capital of, Ahmadabad-e Mostowfi District of Eslamshahr County, Tehran province, Iran,[2] and also serves as the administrative center for Ahmadabad-e Mostowfi Rural District.[3]
At the 2006 census, its population was 2,781 in 2,781 households, when it was a village in Ahmadabad-e Mostowfi Rural District of the Central District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 11,278 people in 3,197 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 14,077 people in 4,386 households,[6] by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Ahmadabad-e Mostofi District, and the village was elevated to the status of a city.[2]
