Шаблон:Short description Шаблон:Infobox body of water Albino Lake is a lake in Gallatin County, Montana in the Madison Range in south central Montana. It is located on Meadow Creek, a tributary of the Taylor Fork in the Gallatin National Forest and sits at an elevation of Шаблон:Convert.[1] [2]
The lake has historically been stocked by the United States Forest Service with rainbow trout and Yellowstone cutthroat trout. The lake was last stocked in 2019, when more than 7,300 fish were planted. Another 7,800 are scheduled to be planted in 2023. Anglers need a Montana and Wyoming fishing license if they want to legally fish in the lake.[3]
The name of the lake is thought to come from the lightly colored, almost white cliffs that rise 1,400 feet on the east side of the lake.
