Шаблон:Infobox rugby biography
Armand Vaquerin (21 February 1951 – 10 July 1993) was a French Rugby union footballer that represented France.
He played as a Loosehead prop for AS Béziers who won the French rugby championship ten times (a record), and for France.
Death
Vaquerin died in 1993 at the age of 42, seven years after the end of his sporting career, during a “demonstration” of Russian roulette in the Béziers bar “le bar des Amis”, avenue Gambetta.
Note that this version has been called into question by a podcast entitled “Le canon sur la tempe”, published in December 2018 and produced by Alexandre Mognol. Indeed, the opaque past of Armand Vaquerin is described there: his frequentations in the night scene, his relations with the Toulon mafia circles (Jean-Louis Fargette), and his consumption of narcotics (notably cocaine).
