Шаблон:Short description Шаблон:Infobox ethnic group The Avarigines were cantabrian tribe.
They lived by the river Nansa, at most, in its middle and upper parts. The river Nansa was a border with a neighboring tribe organomesks. All we know about them is that their name has a Celtic origin. Its single historical mention was recorded by roman geographer Pomponio Mela.[1] For a long time, due to the same Celtic names, they were confused with Autrigones, which was a completely different tribe.[2]
