Baddest is a double compilation (1972–1978) album by American jazz musician Grover Washington Jr.[1] The album was released in February 1981 via Motown label. The songs were conducted and arranged by Bob James.

Reception

An editor at Dusty Groove stated "An excellent 2LP set that compiles Grover's killer funky cuts for Kudu – packaged here in an expanded best-of set that Motown issued when they took over the Kudu distribution. We hardly need to tell you how great these cuts are..."[2]
