Bala Joveyn Rural District (Шаблон:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Joveyn County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[1] It is administered from the city of Neqab.[2]
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Joveyn District of Sabzevar County) was 17,090 in 4,272 households.[3] There were 18,004 inhabitants in 5,031 households at the following census of 2011,[4] After the 2006 National Census, Joveyn District was separated from Sabzevar County in the establishment of Joveyn County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Neqab as its capital and only city at the time.[1] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 17,536 in 5,350 households. The largest of its 47 villages was Razi, with 4,250 people.[5]
