Biland (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Bilond and Bīlond; also known as Bīlvand, Bīlownd and Bilūnd)[1] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Gonabad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[2]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 4,235 in 1,110 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 4,528 people in 1,327 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 5,004 people in 1,515 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[5]
