The Central District of Abadan County (Шаблон:Lang-fa) is in Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Abadan.[1]
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 250,116 in 53,940 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 247,273 people in 63,829 households.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 270,622 inhabitants in 72,221 households.[4]
