Cham Palak (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Cham Palk)[1] is a village in Kashkan-e Jonubi Rural District of Shahivand District, Dowreh County, Lorestan province, Iran, serving as the capital of both the district[2] and the rural district.[3]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 575 in 117 households, when it was in Kashkan Rural District of the former Dowreh-e Chegeni District of Khorramabad County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 698 people in 154 households,[5] by which time the district had separated from the county in the establishment of Dowreh County.[2] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 707 people in 186 households.[6]
