Chamestan District (Шаблон:Lang-fa) is in Nur County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Chamestan.[1]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 40,683 in 10,217 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 42,045 people in 12,314 households.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 44,300 inhabitants in 14,187 households.[4]
