Dachshund homologue (DACH1) regulates tumorigenesis in humans as a part of the Retinal Determination Gene Network (RDGN) complex, with cancer patients showing altered DACH1 expression.[4] Its homologs form the SKI/SNO/DAC family (Шаблон:Pfam).
