David Barsom Perley (1901–1979) was an ethnic Assyrian and known for his cultural activities.

According to Harvard College Library, he was "an active and devoted member of the Assyrian-American community."[1] He was also known as a philosopher and nationalist who created some of the theories of Assyrian nationalism.Шаблон:Citation needed Perley was originally of the Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church,[2] and was born in Harput, Turkey.[2]
