Шаблон:Short description Шаблон:Other uses Шаблон:Infobox journal ELH (English Literary History) is an academic journal established in 1934 at Johns Hopkins University, devoted to the study of major works in the English language, particularly British literature. It covers developments in literature through historical, critical, and theoretical methods. The current editor-in-chief is Douglas Mao[1] (Johns Hopkins University).
ELH self-describes asШаблон:BlockquoteSubmissions are received year-round. Authors are asked that manuscripts submitted for review be "in Word (.doc or .docx) format," "in accordance with The Chicago Manual of Style, 16th ed.," and "double-spaced, with one-inch margins, in Times New Roman, 12 pt. font." The word count for manuscripts is between 8,000 and 12,000 words, including endnotes.[2]
