Gil Khuran District (Шаблон:Lang-fa) is in Juybar County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kuhi Kheyl.[1]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 20,875 in 5,362 households.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 21,689 people in 6,413 households.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 22,757 inhabitants in 7,474 households.[4]
In 2023, Larim Rural District was separated from the district in the establishment of Larim District. Chapakrud-e Gharbi and Chapakrud-e Sharqi Rural Districts were established in Gil Khuran District.[5]
