Gmina Milejów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łęczna County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Milejów-Osada, which lies approximately Шаблон:Convert south of Łęczna and Шаблон:Convert east of the regional capital Lublin.
The gmina covers an area of Шаблон:Convert, and as of 2006 its total population is 9,256 (9,263 in 2015).
