Gmina Skąpe is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świebodzin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the village of Skąpe, which lies approximately Шаблон:Convert south-west of Świebodzin, Шаблон:Convert north of Zielona Góra, and Шаблон:Convert south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The gmina covers an area of Шаблон:Convert, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,067.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Gryżyna Landscape Park.
