Howli Rural District (Шаблон:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Paveh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.[1] Its capital is the village of Khaneqah.[2]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,330 in 1,627 households.[3] There were 6,508 inhabitants in 1,747 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,173 in 1,862 households. The most populous of its 14 villages was Desheh, with 1,549 people.[5]
