History

The restaurant was opened in 2022 by Sujan Sarkar and Sahil Sethi.[3] The location occupied by Indienne was formerly home to Bernie’s Supper Club.[3]

Accolades

In 2023, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star,[2] becoming the first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in Chicago.[4]
