Members of all faiths are allowed to join, and Muslims, Jews, Christians and those of the Bahá'í religion are involved in the organization.[1][2]

History

In 2010, Mariam Khosravani sought to form an organization to highlight the accomplishments of Iranian American women.[3][4]

Iranian American Women's Leadership Conference

Since its inception, the Iranian American Women Foundation has hosted their annual Women's Leadership Conference in various cities across the United States.[5][6][7]

Mission

The IAWF's mission is to provide a platform for Iranian American women to connect, engage, and empower each other, The organization aims to promote leadership, professional development, and community involvement among its members.[16]
