Материал из Онлайн справочника
Iron City! is an album by American jazz guitarist Grant Green featuring performances said to be recorded in 1967 and first released on the Cobblestone label in 1972.[1]
According to several experts, it's still unclear whether really Big John Patton plays the organ on this set. Many lean towards Larry Young being behind the Hammond, but it's almost impossible to clear the issue now.
Reception
Шаблон:Album ratings The Allmusic review by Stephen Thomas Erlewine awarded the album 3 stars calling it "a fine, overlooked date that showcases some of Green's hottest, bluesiest playing".[2]
