Irving Reef, also known as Balagtas Reef (Шаблон:Lang-fil; Mandarin Шаблон:Zh, Шаблон:Lang-vi), is a coral atoll in the Spratly Islands, South China Sea. It is occupied by the Philippines as part of Kalayaan, Palawan,[1][2] and is also claimed by the People's Republic of China, the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Vietnam.

The atoll is Шаблон:Convert southwest of West York Island. It is Шаблон:Convert in length.[3] There is a sand cay near the northern extremity.[4]
