It consists of the municipalities of Krupa na Uni, Novi Grad, Kozarska Dubica, Prijedor, Ostra Luka, Kostajnica, Gradiska, Latasi, Srbac, Prnjavor, Petrovac, Banja Luka, Čelinac, Istočni Drvar, Ribnik, Mrkonjić Grad, Jezero, Kneževo, Kotor Varoš, Šipovo and Kupres.
