Bullia is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Nassariidae, the Nassa mud snails or dog whelks.[1]

Description

The animal is without eyes. The tentacles are long and slender. The foot is greatly expanded, and bifid behind.

The shell is ovate or turreted. The spire is more or less acuminated, the sutures enamelled. The inner lip is excavated in the middle, callous posteriorly. The aperture is oval and moderate.[2]

  • Bullia (Cereobullia) Melvill & Peile, 1924
