Chapar Khaneh (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Chāpār Khāneh)[1] is a village in, and the capital of, the eponymous Chapar Khaneh Rural District[2] of the Central District of Khomam County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,112 in 301 households, when it was in the former Khomam District of Rasht County.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 1,148 people in 363 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 972 people in 316 households.[5]

In August 2019, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Khomam County and divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Khomam as its capital and only city.[6]
