I Can See Your Voice Malaysia is a Malaysian television mystery music game show series catering in Malay language, based on the South Korean programme of the same name. Since the show's premiere on 4 August 2018,[1][2] it has aired six seasons on two different networks — NTV7 (in 2018) and TV3 (from 2019 to 2023).
Gameplay
Format
Presented with a group of "mystery singers" identified only by their occupation, a guest artist must attempt to eliminate bad singers from the group without ever hearing them sing, assisted by clues and a celebrity panel over the course of several rounds. At the end of the game, the last remaining mystery singer is revealed as either good or bad by means of a duet between them and one of the guest artists.Шаблон:Efn
Rewards
The winning mystery singer is awarded on the following conditions:
- If the singer is good:
- From first to second season, he/she will perform again in the postseason encore concert.
- From third to sixth season, he/she will have chance to get a potential contract and a single on any record label.
- If the singer is bad, he/she wins Шаблон:MYR (from first to fourth, and sixth season) and then Шаблон:MYR (for the fifth season).

Visual rounds
- The guest artist is given some time to observe and examine each mystery singer based on their appearance. Afterward, a muted video of each mystery singer that reveals only 0.3 seconds of their singing voice is played as an additional hint.Шаблон:EfnШаблон:Efn

Lip sync rounds
- Each mystery singer performs a lip sync to a song. Good singers mime to a recording of their own performance, while bad singers mime to a recording by someone else.Шаблон:EfnШаблон:Efn

Evidence rounds

Rehearsal round

Background
Production and development
Media Prima Berhad formally announced the development of separate, multilingual Malaysian adaptations of I Can See Your Voice, with TV8 assigning the Mandarin-language variant in April 2017, and NTV7 for the Malay-language variant in June 2018.[3] It is produced by Primeworks Studios; the staff team is managed by director Lucent Chong and executive producer Mas Ayu Binti Ali.[4]
Filming
Tapings for the programme took place at Sri Pentas Studios, based at Plaza Alam Sentral in Shah Alam.
Since from third to fifth season, the programme was filmed under health and safety protocols due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[5][6][7]
Broadcast history
I Can See Your Voice Malaysia in the Malay-language variant debuted on 4 August 2018.[1][2] After the first season finale, the series has been already renewed for a second season[8] that also moved from NTV7 to TV3, premiering on 23 June 2019.[9][10] For the third season, the first part premiered on 16 February 2020,[11][12] continuing with the second part on 21 June 2020.[13][14] Regular episodes have started for the fourth season on 23 May 2021,[15][16] followed by the fifth season that has been already renewed after the finale of preceding one on 15 May 2022.[17][18] Coinciding TV3's 39th founding anniversary, the sixth season also celebrated its fifth anniversary, premiering on 4 June 2023.[19][20]
Special episodes and companion events
From its occasional airing in the third to fifth season, Eid al-Fitr specials were played by Шаблон:Ill (from third season);[21] Шаблон:Ill (from fourth season);[15][22] and Шаблон:Ill (from fifth season).[23]
The first two seasons held a postseason Encore Concert, featuring some of mystery singers returning to perform one last time.[24] Since the third season, it was then replaced by Online Concert, a digital companion event held after the season finale.[25]
Cast
The series has a panel of celebrities who assist the guest artist(s) to decipher mystery singers' identities throughout the game. Alongside with mainstays, guest panelists also appear since the first season. Overall, 12 different members have been assigned, with the original lineup being Шаблон:Ill, Шаблон:Ill, and Шаблон:Ill.
Beside them, subsequent members joining on that lineup also include Yusry Abdul Halim (of KRU) (from third season); Шаблон:Ill, Alif Satar (from fourth season); Шаблон:Ill, Janna Nick, Rosyam Nor (from fifth season); Шаблон:Ill, Шаблон:Ill, and Шаблон:Ill (from sixth season).
