Шаблон:Infobox international football competition the 2019 CECAFA Women's U-17 Championship was the inaugural edition of the CECAFA Women's U-17 Championship, the international women's youth football championship organised by Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) for the women's under-17 national teams of East Africa. The tournament took place in Kampala, Uganda.

Uganda's Crested Cranes won the tournament without a single loss, maintaining clean sheets in four out of five matches.
