Шаблон:Infobox football tournament season The 2022–23 Macedonian Football Cup was the 31st season of North Macedonia's football knockout competition. The winners qualified for the 2023–24 Europa Conference League first qualifying round.
Makedonija G.P. won the cup on 20 May 2023 with a 2–0 penalty shootout win over Struga after a 0–0 draw, their second consecutive Macedonian Football Cup win and third overall.
