The Hawks, led by fifth-year head coach Billy Lange, play their home games at Hagan Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Previous season
The Hawks finished the 2022–23 season 16–17, 8–10 in A-10 play to finish in a three-way tie for eighth place. As a 10th seed, they defeated Loyola Chicago in the first round of the A-10 Tournament and George Washington in the second round before losing in the quarterfinals to Dayton.
