The 2023 Ms. Olympia competition was an IFBB Professional League professional bodybuilding competition and part of Joe Weider's Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend 2023, which was held on 3 November 2023, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This year's event was the 39th edition of the Ms. Olympia competition. Other events at the exhibition include the Bikini Olympia, Figure Olympia, Fitness Olympia, Wellness Olympia, and Women's Physique Olympia competitions.[1]

On July 8, 2023, Helle Trevino announced she would not be attending the 2023 Ms. Olympia.[4]
Events
- This competition had only 10 competitors, the fewest ever in Ms. Olympia. The reason for this is because of the removal of the point system for the 2023 Olympia Qualification System along with Helle Trevino and Kristina Mendoza dropping out of the competition.[5]
