The tournament will be held from 21 to 24 March 2024 in AT&T Stadium.[1]

The United States are the two-time defending champions.

Format

The Nations League Finals will be contested by the four quarter-finals winners of League A. The tournament will tale place over four days and be played in single-leg knockout matches, consisting of two semi-finals on 21 March, and a third place play-off and final three days after the second semi-final on 24 March 2024.

In the Nations League Finals, if the scores are level at the end of normal time:[2]

  • In the semi-finals and final, 30 minutes of extra time will be played. If the score is still level after extra time, the winner will be determined by a penalty shoot-out.
  • In the third place play-off, extra time will not be played, and the winner will be determined by a penalty shoot-out.

Venue

AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, part of the Dallas–Fort Worth area, was confirmed as the venue for the tournament on November 13, 2023.[3]

Seeding

The four teams were ranked based on their results in the two quarter-finals legs to determine the semi-final matchups. Each national team has to submit a final squad of 23 players, three of whom must be goalkeepers, no later than ten days before the opening match of the tournament. If a player presents medical reasons or became injured severely enough to prevent his participation from the tournament before his team's first match, he can be replaced by another player.[2]
