Etymology

The specific name, martindelcampoi, is in honor of Mexican herpetologist Rafael Martín del Campo.[3]

Geographic range

A. martindelcampoi has been found only in the Mexican state of Guerrero.[2]

Reproduction

A. martindelcampoi is viviparous.[2]
