Шаблон:Infobox building Ala Hazrat Haj House is a complex in the Ghaziabad district in Uttar Pradesh, India. It provides accommodations for Muslims on their way to Hajj. It is run by the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee.[1]

History

The building completed construction on 19 August 2016, and was inaugurated on 5 September 2016 by Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh Yadav and Minister of Minority Affairs, Azam Khan.[2][3][4][5][6]

In early 2018 It was sealed by the order of National Green Tribunal after a Public Interest Litigation petition claimed the building had no sewage treatment plant.[7][8] After the sealing of the Haj House the organisation Muslim Maha Sabha president Imran Khan met the District Magistrate of Ghaziabad and CM Yogi Adityanath for the request of unlocking the Haj house for the people.[9][10][11][12]

The Haj House was converted into a 500-bed hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.[13][14]
