Amblyomma rhinocerotis is a species of tick belonging to the family Ixodidae. [2][3][4] The species was first discovered in 1778 in the Souther parts of Africa; however, it disappeared in 1970s before reappearing in again in 2017 at the Nourthern parts of Africa. This species habitats between Southern and Northern parts of Africa. It is a primarily rhino parasite. [5]
