Arab Chegini (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as ‘Arab Chegīnī; also known as A‘rāb Chegenī)[1] is a village in Paskhan Rural District of Fasarud District, Darab County, Fars province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,196 in 264 households, when it was in the Central District.[2] The following census in 2011 counted 1,371 people in 374 households.[3] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,560 people in 446 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[4]

After the census, Fasarud Rural District and Paskhan Rural District were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Fasarud District.[5] In addition, the villages of Paskhan and Rostaq were elevated to the status of cities.
