Шаблон:Short description Шаблон:Expand language Шаблон:Infobox artwork The Arcos del Milenio (Шаблон:Trans), officially the Arcos del Tercer Milenio (Шаблон:Trans),[1] is a sculpture by Sebastián, installed in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.[2] It is located along Avenues Mariano Otero and Lázaro Cárdenas.[3] It is Шаблон:Convert high, weights around Шаблон:Convert and it covers Шаблон:Convert.[4]

It was approved in 1999 by Francisco Javier Ramírez Acuña, the then-municipal president.[4] The artwork is incomplete,[3] as it only has placed four out of six arches.[4] The first three arches were placed between 2000 and 2001, while the fourth one in 2005.[4] Due to budget constraints and public opposition, the municipality will not continue paying for its conclusion.[4] Sebastián has asked some private corporations to complete it.[3] A miniature replica of the full planned monument was built at a park in the nearby town of Tapalpa.[5]

The arches are commonly graffitied.[6]
