Babs Omotowa was the former managing director of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG) and vice president of the Shell Global, and currently serves on the board of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and also a member of the advisory board of the Centre for Energy Studies at the University of Oxford.[1][2][3][4]

Biography and education

Omotowa was born in Lagos state, Nigeria. He holds bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, University of Ilorin, and MBA, University of Leicester, UK.[5][6] In 2011, Omotowa was appointed as the CEO and managing director of Nigeria LNG, the country's leading liquefied natural gas company. He has also served as the Chairman of the World LNG Summit and as an advisory board member of the Natural Gas Supply Association. Currently, Omotowa serves on the board of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and is also a member of the advisory board of the Centre for Energy Studies at the University of Oxford.[7][8][9][10]
