The Batam-Bintan Bridge (Шаблон:Lang-id), also known as the Babin Bridge (from Batam and Bintan) is a proposed series of cable-stayed bridges crossing the Riau Strait between the islands of Batam and Bintan in the Riau Islands of Indonesia, near Singapore.[1] The cost is estimated at 13.66 trillion rupiah (US$938 million in 2021), which is planned to be provided under a joint government-enterprises financing scheme.[2] As of 2021 it was targeted to be finished at 2024,[3] but this plan seems to be unrealistic. As of 2023, soil investigation is in progress but construction work has not commenced.[4]

Totaling Шаблон:Convert, the construction of the bridge will involve three separate sections spanning four islands: from Batam to Tanjung Sauh (Шаблон:Convert), from Tanjung Sauh to Buau (Шаблон:Convert) and from Buau to Bintan (Шаблон:Convert).[5] If built, it will become the longest bridge in Indonesia.[6] The total length of the toll road will be Шаблон:Convert.[7]
