Шаблон:Short description Bayou Plaquemine Brulé (Шаблон:IPAc-en; historically spelled Plakemine;[1] translated to "burnt persimmon bayou")[2] is a waterway in the Mermentau River basin of south Louisiana. The bayou is Шаблон:Convert long[3] and is navigable for Шаблон:Convert of its lower course.[4]

One of the first settlers of the area was Michel Comeau.[5]
