He won the bronze medal in the men's 102 kg event at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, Turkey.[1] He represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Career

He represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia in the [[Weightlifting at the 2018 Asian Games – Men's 94 kg|men's 94Шаблон:Nbspkg]] event.[3] In 2019, he competed in the [[2019 World Weightlifting Championships – Men's 96 kg|men's 96Шаблон:Nbspkg]] event at the World Weightlifting Championships held in Pattaya, Thailand.[4]

In 2021, he competed at the 2020 Asian Weightlifting Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.[5] He finished in 4th place in the [[2021 World Weightlifting Championships – Men's 102 kg|men's 102Шаблон:Nbspkg]] event at the 2021 World Weightlifting Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.[6][7]

He won the silver medal in his event at the 2022 Asian Weightlifting Championships held in Manama, Bahrain.[8][9] He won the bronze medal in the [[2022 World Weightlifting Championships – Men's 102 kg|men's 102Шаблон:Nbspkg]] Clean & Jerk event at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships held in Bogotá, Colombia.
