From 2004 onwards, the club had been playing in the Shimane Prefecture League 1st Division.

In 2009, after beating in the final Dezzolla Shimane, the club won their first Shimane Football Championship, which serves as one of the Emperor's Cup preliminary rounds, earning the right to debut in the main football cup competition of the country.[3] They fell to defeat in their first match against NIFS Kanoya.

In 2010, the club debuted at the All Japan Club Teams Football Tournament, a cup competition for teams playing prefectural league football. The club also participated on it the following year, and on 2017.[6] On all occasions, they failed to progress further, having not went past the second round of the competition.

In 2018, the club won their third title at the Shimane Prefecture League 1st Division, and earned to the promotion to the Chugoku Soccer League. In 2023, the club will play their fifth consecutive season as a regional-level club. It was also able to qualify for the Emperor's Cup after winning the Shimane Football Championship once again, beating Hikawa FC Cosmos in the final.[7] In the first round, Belugarosso played against Kochi United, and got knocked out after losing the tie by 1–2.
