Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the award require that institutions have completed a minimum of 15 years of operation, during which they must have made extraordinary contributions to the realm of Art and Culture. Emphasis is placed on institutions engaged in Cultural Education, encompassing the provision of training in various artistic disciplines such as music, dance, drama, and fine arts.
